About Mitch

Michigan has been home to Mitch Peterek the majority of his life: originally from Niles on the west side of the state, earning a BS degree in Political Science at Central Michigan University, and now living with his wife, Camille, in Troy.  He feels comfortable working with clients anywhere in the state of Michigan. For Mitch, Real Estate is not a job but a family business, as Camille is a 4th generation Realtor within the Real Estate One Family of Companies.

 

Mitch is also a big “numbers guy” as a Pricing Strategy Advisor, a designation through the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  He specializes in knowing and understanding how the economic trends and factors affect today’s real estate market. This expertise also helps him in his job as the Market Research Analyst for REO. 

 

With the economy moving at such a fast pace today, Mitch is able to use his resources to make sure his clients are getting the most bang for their buck.  He focuses on spotting market trends which allow him to help his clients feel they are making the most informed decisions when either buying their next home or selling their present one.
